At KTS, we carefully screen our applicants to identify capable and qualified individuals to work for you. When we meet with new applicants, we begin by assessing their skills and identifying their strengths. We talk with them at length about their backgrounds, their interests and their goals. We ask them whether they feel better suited to multitasking or assigned projects, whether they prefer a more traditional or a more informal corporate culture, whether they prefer hi-tech or nonprofit businesses--and we use that information to help determine our placement. Instead of matching resumes with job descriptions, we match real people with real jobs. You, our client, can be assured that the employee we send you is aware of the responsibilities and duties of your position--and that he or she is qualified to perform those duties in an efficient, professional manner. Each applicant that visits our office completes a detailed application. The applicant provides information on their employment history, education level and skill set. During the interview, we attempt to assess not only the candidate's skill level, but specific qualities that define their personality. The applicant must also agree to KTS's policies and procedures, as well as all safety guidelines.
