KTS issues all paychecks, calculates and pays the payroll tax withholdings and all other statutory burdens on a weekly basis. In addition, any disability, unemployment, and workers compensation claims filed for all temporary and temp-to-hire candidates is the responsibility of KTS. Our clients are then invoiced on a weekly basis for all temporaries working at their site the previous week.
